The Catholic Senior Executive Leader and Chief Executive of the Multi Academy Company (MAC), works closely with the MAC’s Board of Directors, Local Governing Bodies, Partner Schools, and the Birmingham Diocese Education Service, to provide strategic leadership across the MAC and systems leadership across the Diocese and beyond.

The role of Chief Financial Officer is to ensure the effective financial management of the academy schools.

The CFO is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial control and reporting systems, ensuring that the MAC operates good financial governance, meeting the requirements of the Academies Handbook.

The Business Manager works closely with the CFO to ensure the effective leadership, financial management, and administration of the academy schools. The Business Manager provides wide-ranging and flexible financial and non-financial administration support for STOCMAC and the individual schools.

Ben Taylor

The S.I. Lead is responsible for designing and shaping solutions to achieve the desired improvements set out in our individual school improvement plans.  They work closely with a range of key stakeholders including academic and professional school colleagues, statutory partners, and service providers.

John McCaul
John McCaul

The ICT Leader is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, implementation, and management of school ICT systems to enhance teaching and learning across the MAC. They work closely with SLT and colleagues at each school, providing support, advice, and consultancy on all matters related to ICT.

Liz Walker
Liz Walker

The MAC Office Manager and PA to CSEL/CEO acts as first point of contact for staff and all other stakeholders on behalf of the CSEL. Undertaking all office and clerical work for the CSEL/CEO.

James Wilson

Working closely with the ICT Strategic Lead, the ICT Service Delivery Manager supports with design, delivery and implementation of the MAC’s IT vision and Digital Strategy.  Overseeing services centrally and offering IT services, support, consultancy and project work for all our schools.
