Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Senior Office Manager to join our dedicated administration team ensuring the delivery of a fist class administrative service to the school. Responsibilities will include line management of the admin team and Finance Assistant, recording and reporting of HR information on the Birmingham City Council Oracle system and advising and assisting the Head teacher on HR issues including recruitment and absence monitoring.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire colleagues.
