The Board of Directors, in partnership with the Archdiocese of Birmingham and the Local Governing Body are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, ambitious, innovative and inspirational AHT to effectively manage and lead SEND provision across the school. The successful candidate will have strategic responsibility for Inclusion across the school, working with SEND leaders across our MAC family of schools. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all pupils.
The Rosary Catholic School is a popular school with enthusiastic, well-motivated and hardworking staff and pupils. It is expected that the successful candidate will either hold the National SENCO qualification or be willing to undertake this qualification. You will be able to effectively lead and manage the team and work closely with parent/carers and professionals.
